What Pikvita does
Pikvita helps you discover and order from partner stores in Bengaluru, and delivers your order. The store is the seller of each product and sets its price.
Orders and delivery
We deliver across HSR Layout and Harlur, usually in 60 to 120 minutes. The delivery fee is shown before you pay and is locked once you pay: it can go down, never up.
Cancellations
You can cancel before a rider is assigned and your delivery fee is refunded. If a store or we cancel, the fee comes back to you, and any free-delivery credit is returned.
Offers and credit
Your first 3 deliveries are free. Referral credit lasts 6 months. Offers can’t be exchanged for cash.
Product information
Each store is responsible for its product details and claims. If something doesn’t match, tell us and we’ll sort it out with the store.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru.
